Protecting your private information is our priority. This privacy policy (the “Policy”) is part of the Terms of Service of Armand M. Estrada, Attorney at Law, (hereinafter “AMEAAL”). AMEAAL (hereafter referred to as “We”, “Our” or “Us”), applies to all of Our websites and transmissions of information from you to Us via Our email addresses or websites. This Policy is not meant to and shall not apply to any third party site that may be linked to Our website or to the consummation or proposed consummation of any transactions of any kind with AMEAAL.

When changes are made, We will notify you by making the revised version available on Our websites and will indicate on Our websites the date on which revisions were last made. you should revisit this Policy on a regular basis as revised versions will be binding on you without further notice.          (A)       What information do We collect?

                        (i)         Personal Information. The term “Personal Information” means information that you provide to Us which personally identifies you, such as your name, telephone number, email address and such other information identified below. AMEAAL may collect Personal Information from you when you voluntarily provide it to Us by (1) registering on any of Our websites; including registering to participate in an event or survey, receiving newsletters or other literature; (2) making product, project, or service inquiries through Our websites; (3) contacting Us (including Our Webmaster, customer service representatives, or other employees) by e-mail; and/or (5) providing other Personal Information to Us through Our website portals. In connection with these activities, We may collect Personal Information from you now or in the future, including, but not limited to, your name, physical address, e-mail address, age, gender, telephone number, fax number,  cellular phone number, purchase history with AMEAAL, User name and/or password associated with the use of any of the  websites or website portals, occupation, company name, name of position within company, whether you are a AMEAAL customer, your primary field of expertise, the type of product you are seeking, the type of project you are or will be working on, the time frame for starting your project, where you typically shop for paint, how you heard about AMEAAL, or other information necessary to conduct business with you.

                        (i)         Non-Personal Information. As part of the standard operation of Our websites, We may also collect/obtain certain Non-Personal Information from you. The termNon-Personal Information” means information you provide to use that does not personally identify you  including, but not limited to information about your computer hardware and software: your browser type (e.g., Safari or Internet Explorer), operating system (e.g., Windows or Macintosh), Internet service provider, IP address, websites visited, and the domain name from which you accessed Our websites (e.g., In addition, We may collect information about your browsing behavior, such as the date and time you visit Our websites, the areas or pages of Our websites that you visit, the amount of time spent viewing Our websites, the number of times you return to the websites, and other computer-related information. We may use cookies to collect this information, which may be combined with your personal information. A cookie is a small text file that may be stored on the hard drive of your computer, which enables Us to recognize your computer when you return to Our websites. We may use “Web Beacons”, which is normally a transparent graphic image that is placed on a website or in an e-mail that is used to monitor the behavior of the user visiting the website. A Web Beacon can pass along information such as the IP address of the computer that retrieved the image, the time the Web beacon was viewed and for how long, the type of browser that retrieved the image and previously set cookie values. We may utilize the services of a third party to collect such information for Us. Turning off your browser's cookies will prevent Web beacons from tracking the user's activity. The Web beacon will still account for an anonymous visit, but the user's unique information will not be recorded.

            (B)       How do We Use your information? This information is used for the operation of the Service (as defined in the Terms of Use), to maintain quality of the Service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the AMEAAL websites. AMEAAL is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the AMEAAL owned and operated websites.

            (C)       Will We disclose information We collect from you? AMEAAL will not sell, rent or transfer your information to third parties. AMEAAL may transfer, deliver or otherwise disclose Personal Information and Non-Personal Information collected from you to the following individuals or entities for the following purposes, without limitation:

(1) to AMEAAL’s employees, independent contractors, subsidiaries, affiliates, consultants, business associates, service providers, and suppliers, if the disclosure will enable that individual or entity to perform a business, professional, or technical support function for AMEAAL;

(2) to employees, independent contractors, service providers, and suppliers of AMEAAL to fulfill a product or service request from AMEAAL; and

(3) (a) to respond to judicial process and provide information to law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, (b) to protect and defend the rights or property of AMEAAL; and (c) to act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of AMEAAL, or the public, as permitted by law.

            (D)       Do We collect information from children? We do not direct Our websites to children under the age of 13. Moreover, it is AMEAAL’s reasonable expectation that a significant number or children under the age of 13 will not be visiting Our websites.  If we learn that we have collected Personal Information of a child under the age of 13, we will delete that data from our systems.

            (E)       Does this Policy cover practices on third party sites? The websites may contain links to other third party sites, which may have privacy policies that differ from Our own. We are not responsible for the activities and practices that take place on these third-party sites. Accordingly, We recommend that you review the privacy policy posted on any Site that you may access through the websites.

            (F)       What happens to your information in the event of unforeseen circumstances? In the event that AMEAAL or any of its assets are acquired by a third party, Personal Information acquired by Us may be one of the assets transferred.

            (G)       Will there be changes to this Policy in the future? Privacy laws and guidelines are part of a constantly changing environment.  As indicated above, We reserve the right, at Our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Policy at any time.
